Located in southeastern Pennsylvania, we are Chapter #13 of the Classic Thunderbird Club International. Chartered in 1966, our membership averages roughly 35 families, most of whom reside in the Montgomery/Bucks County area. We do, however, have a few members from southern New Jersey. Although our main focus is the classic “little” Bird, some of our members own “square” Birds, “retro” Birds and other classic vehicles.
Generally, four or five Club activities are planned annually (i.e. Spring kick-off brunch/membership meeting, picnic, attendance at ‘50s era concerts, tours of Pennsylvania’s beautiful covered bridges, visits to automobile and related museums, and always a year-end holiday party). In addition to the Club’s varied activities, many of our members participate in locally held cruise nights and car shows as well as events at Macungie, Carlisle and Hershey in Pennsylvania.
